Exchange and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at cellux.store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Personal Care Products: Items such as massagers, skincare tools, or beauty products cannot be returned once the original seal is broken or the product has been used.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

3. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us immediately at atencioncellux@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).

6. SHIPPING COSTS

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee for items returned without original packaging or in a condition that prevents resale.

Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, you can contact us at atencioncellux@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
